Scheduling, Payments, Missed Appointments and Refunds

*When scheduling an in-person appointment your credit card information is required to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show for your appointment or cancel/reschedule according to the 48 hour cancellation policy.  Once your appointment time arrives you may pay by using cash or credit cards, and PayPal. You are not required to use the same credit card that was used to hold the appointment. Small discount offered for cash payment. No checks will be accepted.

*When scheduling a phone reading or any other distance sessions, credit cards will be charged within 24 hours of scheduling. 

*Discounts will only be given to those who use the proper promotion code offered or note it at the time of scheduling, through the scheduling application.  Discounts and Gift Certificates may only be applied to individual services (full priced Readings).  Discounts may not be combined.  Discounts may not be used on Specials and packaged prices.

*Credits and Packages expire one year from the date of purchase or date of issued credit.

*Event tickets are paid in full at the time of scheduling, prior to the event and all sales are final. Tickets are transferable but are not refundable and may not be applied to other services.  Discounts and Gift Certificates are not eligible to be used in payment for Events, workshops, etc.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and cancellations prior to 48 hours before the session time will incur no penalty.  Cancellations within the 48 hours prior to session will be charged the full amount of the session.  This charge will be applied to the credit card used to hold the session. This policy pertains only to standard services (exceptions; events, private parties, galleries, etc., as they hold their own set of standards).

NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancelled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.

All appointments are scheduled in EASTERN TIME (or the time zone in which the appointment will take place). It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment.

Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Rescheduling of an appointment is permissible prior to the 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and there will NOT be an opportunity to reschedule for the purchase. Please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to make changes to your appointment or email AngelMessages2u@yahoo.com if you wish to reschedule your appointment.

I reserve the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.

Please understand that not showing/being available for an appointment affects valuable appointment time and is not fair to other clients who scheduled services.

No Reading Substitutes Policy

Scheduled readings are not and cannot be substituted for payment made for any other purchase then the one paid for. Reading options cannot be altered, exchanged, or interchanged in any way and are considered separate reading purchases with separate payment fees applicable. All purchases are final.
