4. Client Policies

Scheduling & Payments

Full payment is required upon booking.
Appointments are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET) unless otherwise noted.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.
Missed appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session without refund.

Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for completed or missed appointments.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion under limited circumstances.

5. Disclaimer: Nature of Services

All services are based on personal spiritual experience and intuitive insight. While provided with sincere intention, outcomes are not guaranteed.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree:
